Tonight's performance is even hotter than last week’s Boston Symphony Orchestra program, with Russian legend Evegny Kissin playing Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 1 and Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A minor on a bill that, under guest conductor John Nelson, will also include Liszt’s Mephisto Waltz No. 1 and his tone poem Orpheus. Now the bad news: all three performances have been officially sold out for more than a week, so you’ll have to break into your piggy bank before heading down to Symphony Hall.

Liszt's Mephisto Waltz No. 1; Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 1, with Evgeny Kissin; Liszt's Orpheus; Grieg's Piano Concerto in A minor, with Kissin
