MORE ABOUT ALOUD
Founded in an apartment in the Fenway in 2002, Aloud is a rock n’ roll band from Boston, Massachusetts. Known for tight vocals and sharp hooks, the fiery four-piece is led by chief songwriters and co-lead vocalist/guitarists Jen de la Osa and Henry Beguiristain, with Charles Murphy (bass, fancy footwork) and Frank Hegyi (drums) in tow.
Their new 7-inch vinyl single “You Will Know” marshals the reawakening of Aloud’s live sound on record. The band’s most recent studio album, the austere departure Exile, and the 42 state/four month U.S. tour that followed was met with widespread critical acclaim.
Recently nominated “Best Indie Band” by the Boston Phoenix, Aloud is currently on tour and writing music for a follow-up album.
