Zen Ten is Richard Cowdrey -- guitars and keyboards, Elliott Cowdrey -- bass and guitars, Brian Downes -- lead vocals, David Redding -- lead guitars, David LaTorre -- drums and percussion, Steve Thellen -- keys and programming. The band's self-titled CD is full of exceptional and unique guitar styles that blend hard edge rock with a hint of jazz, imaginative lyrics, smooth vocal melodies and a rock-solid backbeat. Recorded at Zen Ten Studios and mixed at Blue Jay by Will Sandalls, the CD holds 14 tracks, including two live gems, that deliver an impressive spectrum of sound and energy. The band is currently working on material for its second release scheduled for early 2002.
