Born in Port Au Prince, Haiti, Rahsaym1 has revolution in his blood. He is founder of his own publishing company and record label: 95NeufCinqRecords. He is a super producer and engineer, who has credits for more than fifty songs released in the past three years, just in Atlanta, Boston and Europe (Brussels). With talented artists signed to his independent label, Rahsaym1 and his older brother, Slim Haiti has developed and produced new artists to commercial and underground flavors with the undeniable 95 branding.
His influences would be of positive beings of the up most pure hearted reputation such as Haitian liberators, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Guru and Dj Premier, Ghandi, Wyclef Jean and the Fugees, Malcolm X, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and many other including positive mothers and father all over the world that make this world still livable for the poor and unheard.
His production style is soulful and melodic from hip hop, r n’b, jazz, soulful vibes, and even house rhythms. It reflects the Libra characteristics of truth and justice, that he is and lives by.
His flow and creations are are a breath of fresh air, but hypnotizing to say the least. Even though he prefers to be a producer and behind the scenes, he loves writing his own lyrics. He will appear from time to time to spread his message of peace, unity and universal love to bless the masses.
He is now in Boston working on his compilation with productions exclusively by him. His is also working on a compilation called True Haitian, with his cousin, Duke, his brother Slim Haiti and Dj Tap, project that every Haitian will love and relate to.
