MORE ABOUT HERSEY STATE
Hersey State is comprised of the current members of the Portland's Hersey Street house: Emily Dix Thomas, Eric Schwan, Ed Kniseley, Dave Noyes, and often Jerermy and Jerusha Robinson, Patrick Corrigan and Randy Illian, strumming, stomping, chanting and singing together to create a uniquely Maine folk sound. They have been compared to the New Lost City Ramblers, the Original Harmony Ridge Creekdippers and The Holy and Unholy Modal Rounders.
