MORE ABOUT DAN LILLEY & LOVETRAIN
LOVETRAIN is a band of Providence warhorses who have been one another's friends, enemies, and band mates since around 1984. Their mutual love for Neil Young, Dylan, the Stones, punk, and wild nights of reckless abandon brought them together back then. All those years of playing together (as Tyger Tyger in the 80's; The Flying Ditchdiggers in the 90's) have turned the present lineup into a tight rock and roll band with lots of stories to tell.
LOVETRAIN'S only CD release, "Almost Home" made the Providence Phoenix's "local top ten" list back in 2000. The band has been gigging steadily since then, delivering new original songs and cool covers to their ever growing fan base of dedicated rock n' rollers.
