formed from members formerly of two boston bands "level ride" and "fishbowl" in summer of 2005 forgetful jones was created to revive eclectic soul powered music. blending many different styles into one, such as hard rock with strong funk and reggae elements to create a unique and individual sound. since their creation in 2005 forgetful jones has created a strong prescence in the boston scene through countless high energy performances in many of bostons signature rock venues and landed themselves onstage at the tweeter center on aug 13, 2006 sharing a bill with the likes of, alice in chains, buckcherry, days of the new, powerman 5000, Ra, and many more. the much anticipated debut album from forgetful jones is due out in late fall '06 on monbam! records
