MORE ABOUT ONE FINE MORNING

One Fine Morning's sound and musical energy is formed from five very distinct musicians coming together from five different musical backgrounds and even five different states. Bryan Rotundo is originally from New York and is defined by his percussive acoustic guitar style, strong earthy vocals and folk infused songwriting. Coming from New Hamsphire, Todd Waller's funk and groove style matches his rare solid wood instrument and brings a fresh approach to bass playing. He teams up with Texas native Rick Margeson's rock drumming to lay down OFM's solid rhythm section. From Boston's North Shore, Tim Kirkman trades blusey piano riffs with saxophonist Coop White...who was born in Alaska. Somehow they all came together in Boston in the winter of 2006 to form One Fine Morning. But more amazing than the story of the musicians that make up OFM is the sound they create together. A blend of folk, funk, roots rock and world music, One Fine Morning creates something that is truly one of a kind.

OFM spent most of the last year touring in support of their self-produced EP. 'Rising' has already drawn positive reviews from the Boston Globe and fans alike. They are currently recording their first full length album at Dizzyland Studios in New Hampshire, set for release this February. With young and raw energy, a deep passion for song craft, and the desire to create memorable and energetic shows, OFM is making fans one song at a time.

'Morning Glory' (12/6/07)

The Dave Matthews Band can't play Boston all the time, and One Fine Morning is here to fill the void. The local jam band plays upbeat, guitar-centered tunes about love and life, spiced up with saxophone and harmonica.
