Named "Portland's own Queen of the Blues" in 1996, Pam Baker has been singing professionally for the past 23 years, knows from years of experience how to work a crowd, and draw the audience into what she's singing. Baker has performed with Popa Chubby, Sandra Hall, Shemekia Copeland, E. C. Scott, Larry Garner, Johnny Rawls, Shirley Lewis, Zora Young, Smokey Wilson and has opened for Johnny Winter, Duke Robillard, Saffire - The Uppity Blues Women, Elvin Bishop, and Walter "Wolfman" Washington, and more. On the Main Stage of the North Atlantic Blues Festival, Rockland, ME in 1999, Baker has performed for several years in the Festival’s Pub Crawls. Other events include Blues Festival By The River, New Boston, NH, Blues At The Forks, The Forks, ME, The Queens International Film Festival, Forest Hills, NY, L.L. Bean Discovery Park, Freeport, ME, Portsmouth Blues Festival, Portsmouth, NH, Maine Festival, Brunswick, ME, Sugarloaf Blues Festival, Sugarloaf USA, among others.

Her band, The SG's, provide a sound that just won't quit. The band's collaborative musical experience goes back many years and they know how to make you wanna dance. We want YOU, the fans, to have the best time ever. So be careful, I just might walk up and ask you to sing!
