The Top 10 Video Games of 2010

Heavy reign

10. FINAL FANTASY XIII | Square Enix

In a year full of ill-advised sequels and reboots that never made it off the launching pad, Final Fantasy XIII changed by not changing at all. Well, that's not exactly true: far more focused and linear than many of its predecessors, the 13th installment in the increasingly inaccurately named franchise got back to basics with a robust combat system and the series's most humanistic characters. Not exactly a paradigm shift, FFXIII nevertheless kept the banner flying for the world's best-loved RPG series.

VOTE:Final Fantasy XIII in the Laser Orgy 500.
