You gotta fight for your right

. . . to evaluate the quality of various college parties (and assign a grade accordingly)
By JOE DIFAZIO  |  January 26, 2012

Wall-to-wall American Apparel. #Emerson

Parties attended: house party

I walked in and there were gorgeous, tall, modelesque gay dudes making out; wall-to-wall American Apparel; and the most bizarre haircuts I've ever seen. The people were all fabulous. I felt pretty cool just being there. Then reality kicked in, and points began being lost. There was an air of noses being turned up. Oh, you shoot medium format? You hate digital cameras? Oh, is that the lens I should be using? Oh, should I be reading Proust? . . . and no shotgunning. Pretty cool, but I don't like being told what to do, even if it is by gorgeous gay men with impeccable style.

Grade: B
