Mister Bagel

This award is partly in memoriam: the original Mister Bagel, Rick Hartglass, passed away last year. His legacy — introducing our state to the bagel 34 years ago — proudly lives on. The modest little storefront in the center of the arts district has witnessed countless other shops come and go, and still pumps out fluffy, delicious doughs like no one's business.
