Nothing tastes like summer more than a lemony Allagash White, sipped from a pint glass on a porch (we're thinking specifically of the deck at Brian Boru); in the tradition of a classic Belgian wheat beer, it's light, spicy, and fresh. But that's not all Allagash can do. There's the darker Dubbel, the Black stout, the hoppy Hugh Malone, and several other bottled strains, all bottle-conditioned with a fresh dose of yeast and sugar just before cellaring, which induces a new round of fermentation and brings out the Belgian taste we love!
