Bintliff's American Café

Bintliff's brunch menu is one of the finest pieces of literature in Portland. It has unexpected plot twists (the crab cake benedict), unlikely heroes (the dark chocolate waffle), and side dishes with personalities on par with Sancho Panza. It's a good thing they're open for brunch daily; it's a book we want to read again and again.
