On warm summer mornings, we crave a croissant. When entertaining guests for a late autumn evening, we need these baguettes. A fluffy anise-y gibassier is surprisingly good after a long bike ride, and we'll make room for a chocolate cork at any expense. Francophiles, dough connoisseurs, and old-fashioned sweet-tooths alike are known to drive hours out of their way for these little tastes of Paris. We're lucky they're just down the block.
