If there's one thing Portlanders know they don't know, it's the identity of the VALENTINE BANDIT. And it's more, um, heartwarming that we don't know who has helped decorate our city with love on every Valentine's Day since 1976 (see "Behind the Mask," by Jeff Inglis, February 13, 2008).
