It's been said before that there's a city mandate to keep these lights burning through February just so nobody loses their mind. Whether that's true or not, we can definitely appreciate Pandora LaCasse's LED installations more fully once the sleighbells have died down. Whether you get a kick out of Christmas or not, her color palette has become irresistibly Seussian the past couple years, and it's hard to picture a subzero night without them.
