Dean's Sweets

Hand-dipped truffles, with hand-mixed fillings from painstakingly researched recipes. Since 2009, Dean's Sweets has done just that -- with delicate skill, to be sure, but little else. Doing a small number of things extremely well is obviously working. But we are thrilled to report that in the past year, chocolatier Dean Bingham has been branching out -- into bacon toffee, as well as chocolate-covered fruits (surprisingly amazing: blackberries!).
