The band are just that catchy, carrying an authentic Latin beat and exemplified by rumbling hand drums that always keep the tempo. Still resisting? That's only because you haven't heard the Spanish lyrics swirling around the rhythms. Of course, there would be no backbone to Esperanza's sound if not for the kinetically crisp keyboard melodies that add soul to the mix.
