The longtime Providence barman’s new restaurant, Loie Fuller on Westminster Street in Providence’s Armory District, fairly exudes duende.
RESIDES:
Providence.
WHAT’S THE MEANING OF THE NAME OF YOUR NEW RESTAURANT?
Loie Fuller was a dancer at the turn of the century that inspired a lot of the nouveau artists of the time.

We had decided against calamari.
